Concerns remain for the future of Mary Feilding Guild

HLD

Following a meeting with representatives of the Mary Feilding Guild on Friday (12th March 2021), Highgate Liberal Democrats have expressed their continued concern over the future for current residents and care home provision on the site.

Councillor Liz Morris, (Lib Dem-Highgate), commented:
"We still have major reservations about the future for the current residents of the Mary Feilding Guild. There have been no public plans put forward for a new care home, yet in three months all residents will be gone. Until we have cast iron guarantees from the new owners that this building will continue to be a care home we will not rest."
